we pay more than fair trade minimum set prices for our green coffees, which often fall short of providing a living wage for producers and their employees. our commitment to sustainable prices helps us foster long-term partnerships, supporting producers year after year. we believe our ethical coffee sourcing is the right thing to do — and it tastes great, too.

our story

before we became owners, we were longtime customers of the original 8th & Roast location. from that foundation, we set out to create the ultimate craft coffee experience. from creating a welcoming environment in every shop to using local ingredients in our fresh pastries and sandwiches, attention to detail and quality extends to every aspect of our business.

because the most essential detail of any coffee shop is the coffee itself, our team collaborates with a network of amazing coffee producers around the world. these relationships have become the ethos of our business. we call this relationship coffee.
