Coffee 101 is 8th & Roast’s unique version of a standard “seed to cup” coffee education course.
We taste/follow two of our most popular coffees from origin and processing, to roasting and brewing. Complete with high quality visuals and examples from our trips to visit our coffee partnerts.
The goal of this class is to use our first hand experience to educate, as well as provide tangible and/or delicious examples of the complex journey coffee takes from seed to cup!

Home Brewing Crash Course is the perfect class for those interested in brewing better coffee at home, but aren’t quite sure where to start! This class will also appeal to those interested in comparing and contrasting the unique flavor differences between brew methods, as we brew one of our favorite coffees four different ways!
