I purchased this for a friend who had visited me in Nashville and enjoyed the coffee while she was here. I wanted to make sure she had some to enjoy back home in the midwest. My order shipped quickly and arrived to her safely, and by all accounts, tasted amazing!

I have been buying this

I have been buying this bean monthly online in 5lb bags for years. It lives in my BES870XL hopper and French Occupation espresso cortados (with half&half) starts each day in the best way....
The consistency of this roaster is impeccable. Each bag of beans always taste just like the last bag. I don't know how they do it, but I really appreciate it more than they know. Any variations in flavor would be me or the machine, but the Breville does a pretty darn good job with very little overhead and a lot of convenience for the price.
The Beans are always dated within 5 days of less of my order and arrive in 2 days to my house - the customer service never disappoints - just like the beans. Every time is like the first time. Nothing else has come close in all these areas.
I love the taste profile of this blend, and the tasting notes nail it perfectly. It is my favorite blend by 8th&Roast. Customer for life.... ok- gotta run place an order as I just emptied the last of this bag in the hopper!

our roasting facility and training lab is located in the heart of Nashville at 2637 grandview ave. while it is not open to the public on a daily basis, it is where we host our community classes.

we offer classes occasionally, with topics ranging from ‘coffee 101’ to ‘latte art’ to ‘home brewing and extraction.’ check out our classes page for the most updated information.

try to avoid heat, light, moisture, and oxygen to keep your beans at their freshest. our bags are designed for great storage, and we recommend keeping them in a dry, dark pantry for optimal storage. we don’t recommend storing beans in the refrigerator.
