Coffee 101 is 8th & Roast’s unique version of a standard “seed to cup” coffee education course.

We follow two of our most popular coffees from origin and processing, to roasting and brewing.

The goal of this class is to use our first hand experience to educate, as well as provide tangible and/or delicious examples of the complex journey coffee takes from seed to cup!

This is a recurring FREE class that takes place the first Friday of the month and rotates between our street-side locations. This month's Coffee 101 will be held at 2108 Eighth Ave South in Nashville.
