Best decaf I have had. Was drinking top brand sold in groceries. It was bitter and harsh by comparison to Easy Does It.

I never received any messaging that told me you were switching brand names. So I just started getting 8&R rather than Good Citizen. I tried getting a hold of customer service and never got replies. Also, your new packaging does not say "Decaf" anywhere. Not a good experience. I canceled because of this. Too bad that your customer service is poor, because the coffee is good.
what is the difference between single origin coffee and coffee blends?
single origin coffee comes from a specific geographic region, or in 8th & Roast’s case, a farm or family of farms. this allows for a dialed-in flavor profile that carries the trademark of the area where the coffee was grown, with elements like climate, elevation, and soil as factors. blends are created when our roasters combine coffees of a different origin and/or process in a deliberate way, creating a unique flavor profile.
where do you roast your beans?
our roasting facility and training lab is located in the heart of nashville at 2637 grandview ave. while it is not open to the public on a daily basis, it is where we host our community classes.
